The Provincial structure was established in 2002. Our staff comprises of two office personnel, the Provincial Manager and Provincial Administrator, who see to the day to day operations of the organization, as well as four community worker who visits branches and provides training on TB, HIV and operational and financial management. Some of the services we render include; Home Based Care, DOTs, Provision of Food parcels, soup kitchens and blankets. We empower patients through various projects such as Food Gardening, Beadwork, Wireworks, Needlework. We encourage our volunteers to do fundraising through empowerment projects which include, Baking, Car washing, Brick making, Shoe repair, Tuck shops and Food gardens. The executive committee comprises of eight voluntary members that are elected at an Annual Provincial Conference by branches. The executive committee is the final decision making body of the organisation and functions like a management board. Its main functions are to do strategic planning for the organisation and provide support and guidance to the staff as well as assisting in their attainment of funds. |
